Questions, bugs or ideas? Write to support@tapsum.fyi. We usually reply within a few days.
When reporting a bug, please include your device model, OS version and TapSum version, and the steps that lead to the problem. Please don't send your backup files or financial data unless we ask for them.
Back up your data
TapSum keeps everything on your phone and has no cloud copy. In the app, open Settings, then Import & export, and choose Backup. Save the file somewhere safe, for example iCloud Drive, Google Drive or your computer. We recommend a backup at least once a month.
Move to a new phone
Make a backup on the old phone, install TapSum on the new one, then open Import & export and choose Restore from backup.
Import from another app
Use Import from zip or CSV. Records that already exist are skipped, so importing the same file twice won't create duplicates.
Restore Premium
On a new device or after reinstalling, open the Premium screen and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy it.
Cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought from. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions (Apple's guide). On Android: Google Play, profile icon, Payments & subscriptions (Google's guide). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple or Google. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use your Google Play order history.
Delete your data
All your data is on your device. To delete it, remove it in the app or uninstall TapSum. We hold no data about you on any server, so there is no account to delete.
